What is coaching and what do coaching sessions with me entail?
Coaching is a powerful partnership where I, as your coach, work closely with you to help you overcome personal and/or professional barriers, unlock your untapped potential, and create a roadmap for your future. Through guided conversations, NLP exercises, hypnotherapy and reflection, you will gain clarity on your values, strengths, and aspirations, enabling you to make empowered decisions and take inspired action towards your goals.
The transformation you undergo will be life-changing. By working with me, you will experience increased self-awareness, self-esteem, resilience courage and confidence, as well as a profound sense of purpose and fulfilment. We will work together to ensure that your self-concept is robust, that you have the tools to self-regulate as and when heavy emotions arise and that the vision you conceive in your mind is made manifest.
You will learn how to exchange limiting beliefs for empowering beliefs, rewire your subconscious mind for success and cultivate a growth mindset that empowers you to navigate challenges with grace and creativity. Your habits, beliefs and perspectives will be challenged tactfully, and I will hold you accountable to your goals lovingly and compassionately.
Our coaching sessions will be guided by what you would like to get out of them, enabling you to practice (self-)leadership and helping you take responsibility for the direction of your life.
If you wish to join me in group coaching session, you will have the opportunity to meet other ambitious, like-minded women and engage in a community.
My job does not involve me telling you what to do. Rather, it is to create a safe space for introspection and vulnerability so you can face your fears and cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself, and to facilitate growth and evolution that you can be proud of. My job is to guide you as you heed the calling of your life and to accompany you during your journey into purpose-driven leadership, divine service and self-actualisation.

What’s the difference between life coaching and therapy?
